The office building that is currently in the process of
obtaining Leed certification comprises a ground floor
area of 630sq.m. and 5 floors with a combined area of
2630sq.m. To these spaces, 2 underground floors with a
total area of 2100sq.m. will be added.

The 2nd Gymnasium of the Municipality
of Spata-Artemida will very soon be
housed in a new, state-of-the-art school
complex. On the 4-acre plot, 2 building
volumes are being created to meet the
students’ needs.
